The silver market has run short of new metal for years, and the gap is covered by drawing down vaults. Move the sliders to change mine output, recycling, industrial demand or fund buying, and see how quickly the deliverable metal in COMEX, Shanghai and London would run down at that rate.

COMEX registered · as of Oct 23, 2026
Published every US business day, about one day behind the vault activity it reports.
Shanghai SHFE · as of 2026-10-26
Published every Shanghai trading day after the close; no update on Chinese public holidays.
LBMA London · as of Sep 2026
Published once a month, roughly 2–3 months after the month it covers.
Each date is the exchange's own latest published report, not today's date. London always looks older because LBMA reports monthly in arrears.
New silver from mines. Most of it is a by-product of copper, lead, zinc and gold mining, so it does not rise quickly when the silver price does.
Scrap coming back into the market. Rises with the price, but most industrial silver is used in thin layers that are uneconomic to recover.
Solar, electronics, vehicles and brazing. Solar panels are the fastest-growing single use and are largely price-insensitive.
Net metal bought by physically backed funds. Positive numbers pull bars out of London vaults; negative numbers return them.
