VaultDrain is the legal business name of the seller and operator of this site, operated from Bermuda. By using the site you are contracting with VaultDrain. We aggregate publicly available market data, publish commentary, and host user posts about silver and precious metals.

We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, fiduciary, or tax professional. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, commodity, derivative, currency, or precious metal. Past performance does not predict future results.

Data shown on the site comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, estimated, revised, or incorrect. Always verify figures with the named primary source before relying on them.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or post on the community floor. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or appear to be impersonating someone else.

VaultDrain sells an optional paid membership, the Drain Membership, billed monthly or yearly. Membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access member features for the term you paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a membership you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which cover payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics.

Your membership renews automatically each month or year depending on the plan you choose, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your membership card on the site or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or terminate membership access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback fraud, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the community rules.

Posts are public. Anything you write on the floor, along with your display name and the time of posting, is visible to every visitor. Think before you post.

Do not give financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Share your opinion, but make clear it is personal and not a recommendation.

Do not post personal, financial, or confidential information — yours or anyone else's. This includes account numbers, wallet addresses, home addresses, and private contact details.

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of other users.

No spam, scams, phishing, malware, or repeated promotional content. Do not use the floor to advertise products, services, referral links, or other websites.

No impersonation. Do not pretend to be another person, company, or official entity.

No market manipulation or coordinated campaigns intended to mislead others about prices, supply, demand, or market conditions.

Only post content you have the right to share. Do not copy large excerpts from paywalled articles or infringe anyone's copyright.

One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to evade moderation or artificially boost visibility.

No bots or automated posting. Posts must come from real people.

We reserve the right to remove any post or account that breaks these rules or that we reasonably consider harmful, unlawful, or off-topic. Removal does not require a prior warning.

If you believe a post violates these rules, contact us through the site. We review reports as promptly as we can, but we are not obligated to remove content or take any specific action.

You can delete your own posts at any time while signed in. If you delete your account, your public posts may remain visible unless you ask us to remove them.

VaultDrain's branding, code, charts, and original written content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not scrape, copy, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.

By posting on the community floor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your post on the site and in related communications such as the weekly report.

Some dealer links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and dealers control their own pricing, inventory, shipping, storage, returns, taxes, and compliance.

External sites and news articles are the responsibility of their publishers. Their terms and privacy notices apply once you leave VaultDrain.

The site is provided 'as is' to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that data, charts, commentary, or community posts are accurate, complete, timely, secure, or free from errors.
